Fur Coat is a community college dean of arts and sciences who studied history at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, and the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. Fur Coat, who unfortunately neither speaks nor reads Russian, has taught American, European, and world history at a variety of colleges and universities, including North Park University, Roosevelt University, Columbia College, Loyola University, DePaul University, and Arizona State University (West Campus). Soviet Roulette actively solicits review copies of books related to Russian or Soviet history, culture, or literature.
